The hunt for the prized white truffle is the most exclusive experience our estate has to offer. It is a ritual characterised by silence, anticipation and bursts of adrenaline when the dog begins to dig with determination. In this corner of Montalcino, the white truffle grows wild, protected by a unique microclimate that gives it unrivalled aromas.
What to expect from the release
Accompanied by our experts, you will venture into the coolest, most secluded parts of the reserve. You will observe the methodical work of the Lagotto dogs, learning to recognise the moment when their sense of smell picks up the scent of the king of the forest. Every find is unique: a treasure that the earth has kept hidden for months and which is finally brought to light.
